Sales Executive / Admin – Dubai Office
Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours a week)

The Role
Reporting to the Office based team leader,
the role of the Sales Executive / Admin is
to assist selling the Bradfield range of products
in the Gulf region. They are also required
to manage and develop our database of Gulf
client contacts and assist with any administrative
tasks that are required locally and by Head
Office in London.
Main Responsibilities
(1)
To assist selling via sales leads through
effective e-marketing campaigns liaising with
London office and marketing department.
(2)
To assist selling the Bradfield range of products
in the region to meet agreed Gulf sales targets.
(3)
To assist finance in invoicing and all financial
admin matters.
(4)
To update and maintain Bradfield Group’s Gulf
database.
(5)
To liaise and assist marketing department
(based in London) and attend networking events
where appropriate to promote the Company and
its services in the region.
(6)
To assist sales in managing the Gulf client
base.
(7)
To conduct research to develop and update
the client database.
(8)
To keep appraised with Bradfield Group’s product
set including course content, venues, staffing
and other issues.
(9)
To handle customer calls and service issues
appropriately and where needed to pass them
to the correct person.
(10)
To provide accurate and regular feedback on
sales and clients to their regional Manager
and Head office when required.
(11)
Assist with marketing and organising programme
of seminars in Gulf.
(12)
Provide back-up courseware administration
– taking equipment to venues, printing courseware
etc.

Qualifications
Educated preferably to university level.
